Eminent brokers of the Indian capital markets, RRS Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt Ltd , a SEBI registered close knitted family business was established firmly 3 decades ago by our beloved Karta Ramanlal Raichand Shah and his pillars of strength Jayant .R. Shah Hitanshu .R. Shah and Parag .B. Shah. Our team of extensively experienced and knowledgeable management, authorized personnel and staff members have always strived to provide an unmatched investment experience through strong relationships that encourage a sense of trust and faith amongst our clients.

As of the year 2021, the 3rd generation of the shah family, each of whom excel in different sectors to provide top notch services to our clients have steadily started taking over the reigns and relations in order to elevate this company and its honorable clients onto a more successful path.

Jayant Ramanlal Shah

A jobber since 1980 has his roots established deep into the Indian capital markets. In his early days he was a market maker for Everest Industries, Gujarat Petro Synthetic and other companies across industries, he now focuses mainly on arbitrage opportunities and looks after the finance of the company. Our very own CFO is absolutely easy to approach for any and every requirement you may have. He envisions team RRS smashing every barrier and booming forward under his guidance.

Parag Balubhai Shah

In charge of public relations and business development , Parag Shah excels in handling everyone from Retail clients, HNI’s to Institutions with equal zest and enthusiasm. Straight forward with his policies and methodologies, he never shies away from client responsibilities, no matter how small or big. Having been in this industry since 1983, he has extensive experience in the field and implements it into his day to day workings. With the next generation stepping in he envisions the company moving ahead in tandem with the times to come while still staying true to their core principles, values and ethics.

Hitanshu Ramanlal Shah

Adorning a hat with many feathers, Hitanshu Shah embarked on this journey of being a Jobber and market maker in 1982 at the age of 20 , now with all the knowledge and experience he leads our Research Department, Mutual funds Segment, Compliances ,SLBM segment, Cash Market Trading ,Derivatives Trading, and Retail Clientele business. Having a knack for learning he has passed every exam required and keeps refreshing on the same be it of CDSL, FNO, COMPLIANCE, MUTUAL FUNDS , CASH MARKETS,ETC. Our very own CEO has his own warm soft way of dealing with the clients and the team.if you require anything at any time, he is the man to call. He toils to make his dream of making this brokerage firm a household name. predicts a bright future for the company as believes in building unbreakable long-term bonds with clients and employees.
